COMPUTER RESELLER NEWS (CRN) COVERS NEW D-LINK CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
D-Link’s plans to roll out a D-Link Certified Network Engineer program were recently covered by CRN - the
leading publication for builders of technology solutions.
"Most of the high-end networking training is skewed to a particular vendor," said D-Link Vice President of
Channel Sales, Greg Avera. "We want to educate people on alternatives in the departmental workgroup
solutions market."
He also said vendors are not doing as much training in the wake of the more difficult business environment.
"It costs a lot of money to get people trained," he said. "This is a good opportunity."
