Connect DUT with 5m cable, and unplug cable then

testing Cable length immediately, we found the cable
length is not correct for about 3 seconds.(should be
N/A, but show >140 instead)

* We find the VLAN settings page display error via
Safari and Google Brower latest version.

* We find the the VLAN settings page over VLAN
maximum groups warning display error via Safari latest
version.

*We find the SmartWizard page display error via

Safari latest version.

*We find the PoE Time Range settings page display

error via Firefox in Linux.
