13. EXCHANGING THE MEDIA. 

Exchanging the media is possible after pausing/cancelling the printing process. 

1. Pause/Cancel the current job. 
2. Switch off the feeder in the touch panel. 
4. Cut in between the feeder air shaft (where the empty roll is now) and the feeder rubber roller. 
5. Release the safety spindles at both side of the feeding unit to remove the feeder air shaft. 
7. Press the golden air valve to release all the air from the pneumatic bar. Take away the empty core. 
8. Place the pneumatic shaft in the new media’s core. In a way that the printable side will face upwards 
while on the printing table (platen). 
9. With the help of an air compressor (only the air gun is provided) stick the gun to the golden valve and 
apply compressed air until an approximate value of 5 bars is reached (or more). 
10. Lift the pneumatic shaft with the roll fastened and place it carefully in the feeding unit. 
11. Insert back the safety spindles at both sides of the feeding unit to safely secure the pneumatic shaft. 
12. Feed some media and attach the new media with the previous one.
