7.4 Supported Media Types

The CYPtv Media Player supports the following Media Types:

Video: Mp4, WMV, MKV, AVI
Image: JPEG, PNG, GIF

We do not support Flash or Powerpoint.  You can export your Flash or 

Powerpoint presentations to other supported formats using the 'export' 

or 'save as' functions.

7.5 Templates not showing in template scheduler

Default templates cannot be scheduled, and therefore are not added to 

the drop-down list in template manager.  The default template will show 

when no other template is scheduled.
If the template which is not showing is NOT a default template please 

contact your supplier.

7.6 Uploading Webpages

It is important to enter correctly formatted webpage addresses. Including 

the http:// part.
If your system has frozen on an incorrectly formatted address  take the 

following steps:
Amend the site address within the manage content section of the site and 

restart your player.
