3.8.5.Reset
On the device, go to More - Settings - More .
Reset To Factory Setting:
Reset all data to factory settings.
Reset Config To Factory Setting:
Reset all configurations (in the
directory /data/data/config) which only be used by VRX to factory
settings. But like 3rd party application which users installed,
contacts which users added, such kind of data will not be reset.
On the web portal
Upgrade - Basic , users can also store the
device.
