WARN 2500 WINCH
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
•
Install the Winch to the Winch Mount Plate and the Front Bumper Frame of the
ATV using two of the Bolts supplied with the WARN Winch in the locations
indicated below. The Winch Plate will not be used in this application. Be sure that
when the Winch is mounted to the ATV, the Winch Motor is on the
LEFT
side of
the machine.
Do not tighten attaching hardware at this time.

Front Bumper Frame
and into Winch

Remove one of the Long Rollers and the two Side Rollers of the Roller Hawse and
feed the Winch Cable through the Roller Hawse. Reinstall the Rollers and be sure
the Rollers move freely.

Mount the Roller Hawse to the Winch Plate and the Winch using the other two
Bolts supplied with the Winch.
Tighten attaching hardware at this time. Be sure to
reinstall the skid plate and side panels.
