Installing the Handlebars
Pedal Installation
1.Remove the four bolts that hold the
handlebar clamp to the bike.
Insert the handlebar and ensure the brake
and shifter lines are properly routed to
prevent interference when the handlebars
are turned.
Ensure the 4 bolts on the front of the
handle bar are equally tightened and the
handlebars are centered.
2. Slightly loosen the bolts starting with
A and work your way down.
Rotate the handle bar clockwise and
position at 90° to the wheel.
Tighten the 3 bolts in the same order
you loosened them
1.Ensure you clearly identify
Right and Left pedals via the ‘R’
or ‘L’ on the end of the pedal
shaft.
2.Start by threading the pedals in by
hand to prevent cross-threading. Screw
the R pedal in clockwise, the L tightens
counterclockwise and Tighten with
pedal wrench or 15mm wrench.
3. Install white reflector and bell to handlebars securely. The red reflector attaches to the seat post
