How to beginstart
Press the F5 button on the Short-Cut bar above the screen, or open the
Applications Desktop and choose the
Personal PlannerOrganizer icon. Press
<Enter>.
Managing Your Tasks
Task List
After logo you see a list of tasks, To Do list.
Use
⇔⇐
to move through the tasks.
From the task list, you can create, edit, delete and
mark the task.
Priority items designated by you are placed in the
upper part of the list, and completed items are marked
with a different gray-tone color and have a
cancellation line through them.
To Create a New Task
1. Press <Enter> on <New>... or P just p ress <Ins> to load the T ext
Editor ask Edit Sheet (see below).
2. Edit the Task Edit Sheet fieldstext of your task .
3. Press <Esc>.
The new task will automatically be displayed in the task list based on the
fields entered in the Task Edit Sheet.
Note: To change the priority of a mark task with high priority ,
place the focus on the task and press <Fn><Select>.
Note. If you want to change position of the task on the screen,
place the focus on the task and press <Fn><

How to Edit the Task
1. Choose the task you want to edit.
2. Press <Enter>.
3. Edit the
task Task Edit Sheet fields .
4. Press <Esc>.
How to Mark the Task Done or Remove the Task
1. Move cursor to the completed task.
2. Press <Del> to mark the task done.
3. Press <Del> again to remove the task.
If the Task marked done is one or more weeks old, it is automatically
