WARNING: Always use proper lifting methods when moving heavy items.

2. Lift and move the unit

Firmly grasp the rear foot.

Using proper lifting methods, lift the rear foot so the front transport wheels are able to roll on

floor.

Move or roll unit to intended location.

3. Install the seat back assembly.

Locate the seat back assembly (#5) four screws

5/16-18 x 1.50” (#14) and four washers 5-16” (#12).

See Figure 2.

Place the seat back assembly (#5) in the correct

position and hand thread each of the screws

5/16-18 x 1.50” (#14) and four washers 5/16” (#12).

See Figure 2.

Securely fasten the screws 5/16-18 x 1.50” (#14)

with the 3/16” Allen wrench (#15) provided.

4. Attach the console assembly to base assembly.

NOTE:

If attaching the A/V option, refer to the 750R A/V

bracket installation instructions (supplied with the

A/V

bracket).

Locate the console assembly (#2) and four

mounting screws 5/16-18 x .75” (#11). See Figure 3.

Hand thread two mounting screws 5/16-18 x .75”

(#11) into the base assembly. See Figure 4.

NOTE:

The console assembly (#2) will need to be

supported during steps 4C to 4E.
