5.4 Connecting the Keyboard and Mouse

Mouse

Action Description

Point

Slide and point your mouse
to desired position.

Click

Press the left button once.

Double-click

Press the left button twice.

Right-click

Press the right button once.
When selecting in many
programs, this action
displays a shortcut menu of
context-sensitive choices.

Scroll wheel

Move the wheel of your
mouse forward and
backward to scroll
vertically.

Keyboard Description

The keyboard usually comes in standard QWERTY
except where allotting for languages other than English (s)
or additional special characters.
