HOW TO...

MATCH AUDIO TO VIDEO

Some streams, especially those of lower quality, may have issues with the audio not
matching up with what is on the screen. This can be a distraction and make the viewing
experience an unpleasant one. To adjust this, during playback, press the directional pad
select button on your remote to open the “Playback Control Ribbon”. From there, select
the speaker icon. This is where you can adjust your audio settings.

Under the audio menu, select “Audio Offset”. From there, there will be a slider you can
move left or right based on how far ahead or behind the audio is from the video. It may
take some trial and error to get the audio matched up perfectly, so please have some
patience.
