STEP 1: (KIT INSTALLATION)
If installing multiple Curtis Polaris Ranger 1000 kits,
install in the following order.
1.Doors
2.Windshield
3.Rear Panel
4.Roof

Per figure 1.1, install both lower mounting bracket
assemblies to the inside surface of the rear panel
using hardware listed below. Make sure that the
rubber washer is against the outside surface of the
rear panel.

Per figures 1.2a and 1.2b, install rear panel with
brackets onto the vehicle

s frame behind the seat
back. Then flex the rear panel and hook it around
the rear panel header. If the rear panel is loose in
the vertical position, adjust the lower mounting
brackets to take up the vertical play.

Per figure 1.3, install 2 clamp bracket assemblies to
the inside of the rear panel making sure that the
bracket is touching the inside surface of the ROPS.

Per figure 1.4, if the Curtis Roof is being installed
on this vehicle, a piece of 3/4" side bulb rubber with
2 wipers will need to be installed on the rear flange
of the roof (rubber should be facing forward). If not,
this kit installation is now complete.
