ALWAYS wear hand protection when operating this blanket and when
bending PVC conduit.
DO NOT use near flammable materials.
Keep sharp metal objects aways from blanket.
ALWAYS inspect blanket prior to use. DO NOT use blanket if it is worn,
torn or cut.
Blanket has no serviceable parts. DO NOT attempt to repair.
DO NOT leave blanket unattended. Unplug when not in use.
Use for heating PVC conduit only. DO NOT use for any other purpose.
ONLY use the blanket for the specific sizes noted in this manual. Heating
PVC conduit in the blanket that is smaller than the size specified will
damage the blanket and void the warranty.
ONLY operate when the full length of the blanket is wrapped around the
PVC conduit.
