What to do in case of any malfunction
•
Try and check the table on this page. If none of the proposed
solutions solves the problem, continue reading the following
procedure.

Note the hood data (rating plate) and the date and number
of the appliance purchase invoice.

Read the chapter on warranty carefully.

Call the Dealer stating the hood data. While waiting for
Technical service, disconnect the hood from the mains.
Something is not working....
Problem Solution
The hood does not
turn on
•
Make sure the hood is correctly connected to the mains (plug correctly inserted into the socket) and
that the mains are working.
•
Make sure the main switch is ON.
The light does not
turn on
•
Make sure the hood is correctly connected to the mains (plug correctly inserted into the socket) and
that the mains are working.

Make sure the main switch is ON.
•
Make sure you pressed the indicated correct point (see Fig.3. )
Excessive humidity
is coming out of the
oven door
•
The products in the oven normally release humidity, if the oven steam vents are not correctly open
and the speed set on the hood is inadequate, this steam could exit the door. Make sure the vents are
open and try increasing hood speed.
