Mounting the Weather Station Enclosure

What You Should Know

• Install the EDGE Weather Station in a corridor or a room dedicated to electronic controllers.

• The ideal ambient temperature is between 20 °C and 25 °C (68 °F - 77 °F). The temperature should

not go lower than 0 °C (32 °F) and should not exceed 40 °C (104 °F).

• Make sure there is a minimum of 6 inches around the unit for sufficient ventilation and that it is posi-

tioned for easy access for servicing.

• Fix the enclosures into the supporting structure behind the drywall. If this is not possible, create a

wood frame where the enclosure can be securely mounted.

• Make sure that the enclosure is located within the maximum recommended length of all the wires

and cables.

1. Position the Weather Station enclosure at an eye level height on the mounting structure.

2. Mount the enclosure using wood deck screws through the four corners of the enclosure.
