2. Make opening in wall equal to the length and height of the pad.
3. Frame the opening with treated lumber as shown in
. Make sure the boards are
level and flush with the front side of the posts as shown.
NOTE:
• Use steel equivalent to frame opening if installing Unitized System to steel building.
• In-line pump location will vary depending on setup option.
Filler Boards
1. 2" x 6" and 2" x 4" filler boards (22 and 23) are necessary to secure the top flashing to the wall.
2. 2" x 8" and 2" x 6" filler boards (25 and 22) are necessary to secure the bottom flashing to the wall.
3. The bottom flashing serves as a splash-guard and fills the gap for improved air flow.
4. Two 2" x 6" filler boards (22) are necessary to secure the top brackets for sidewall curtain assembly.
NOTE:
Two pads available with 4', 5' or 6' heights. Only use 6" thick pads for square bottom system.
