PROBLEM

CAUSE

CORRECTION

Fan not running

1. Power cord is not connected
2. Fan switch in the OFF position
3. Product GFCI has tripped
4. Outlet GFCI has tripped

1. Connect power cord
2. Turn the fan switch to the ON position
3. Press RESET on the product’s GFCI
4. Reset the outlet’s GFCI

Unit not cooling

1. Fan switch in the OFF position
2. Cooling switch in OFF position
3. Water tank is empty
4. Clogged water filter

1. Turn the fan switch to the ON position
2. Turn the cooling switch to ON position
3. Fill tank with clean water
4. Order and replace water filter

Water streaming
from nozzle

1. Air flow is low

2. Air filter needs replacement
3. Foreign object in nozzle

1. Run just the fan for 30 seconds, then

turn cooling switch to ON position

2. Order and replace air filter
3. Order and replace nozzle

Mist is not balanced
among nozzles

1. Low water flow
2. Foreign object in nozzle
3. Air or water hose leaks

1. Order and replace water filter
2. Order and replace nozzle
