- Are there too many residues
inside the juicer?
Adjust the regulating valve to
half open position and push the
power switch to “FWD” position
to discharge the residues; or push
the power switch to “REV”
position for 3-5 seconds and
then stop, repeat 2-3 times and
the hopper is easy to be opened.

Are the food too much or too large?
Unplug the unit, disassemble
the chamber and operate again
after cleaning
If the solution mentioned above
still not works, please consult

They are forming marks produced
in the process molding materials,
which is normal and does not
affect the usage of the unit.
Too much food put into the unit ?
When the amount of food put into
it is larger than the residue amount
discharged, the rubber blanket
will be pushed out and the juice
will leak out from the gaps.
Are foreign matters or solid
substance (such as hard core of
persimmon) thrown into it? Push
the power switch to “REV”
position to lift the objects to the
opening and then remove them.
Do not open the hopper with force.
If the hopper is still unable to be
opened according to the mentioned
instructions, please contact our
customer service center.

Make sure the power cord is
correctly plugged.
Make sure the hopper is clamped
securely. When the hopper is not
installed in place or not connected,
the unit will not start.
Make sure the chamber is flatly
installed in the main body.
When the chamber is unevenly
placed, the safety devices cannot
joint together and the unit is
unable to start.
Make sure the unit is installed
according to the installation
method of the unit. See installation
instructions.
