Limited Warranty.
This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a
consumer if you are the owner of a Cuisinart
®
Can Opener
that was purchased at retail for personal, family, or
household use. Except as otherwise required by
applicable state law, this warranty is not available to
retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
We warrant that should your Cuisinart
®
Die Cast Can
Opener prove to be defective within the warranty period,
we will repair it or replace it at our option, without charge
to you. To obtain warranty service, simply call our toll-free
number: 1-800-726-0190, for additional information from
our Consumer Service Representatives. Or, send the
product to Consumer Service at Cuisinart, 150 Milford
Road, East Windsor, New Jersey 08520. To facilitate the
speed and accuracy of your return, please enclose a
check or money order for $4.00 for shipping and handling.
(California residents need only supply proof of purchase
and should call 1-800-726-0190 for shipping instructions.)
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR
LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 36 MONTH
DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not
apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
