Note:

Visually check the burner flame against the illustrations:

Flame should be blue with slight yellow tips.

You should see a smaller flame in LOW position than seen

on HIGH. Perform flame check prior to each use. If only low

flame is seen, refer to “Burner flame is low” in the

“TROUBLESHOOTING” on page 19.

1. Check the control knob is in the OFF.

2. Position a long lit match or lighter close to the

Pilot box.

3. Push control knob in and rotate to PUSH.

The burner should lit within 5 seconds

4. If the burner fails to stay lit or becomes

extinguished, turn the burner control knob to

OFF, wait 5 minutes for gas to clear and then

repeat step 3.

1. Check the control knob is in the OFF position.

2. Turn on the LP tank valve slowly.

3. Press and hold the IGNITOR button to create

sparks and then push control knob in and

rotate to PUSH. Once burner is lit, continue to

hold the control knob for 30 seconds. Then the

burner should stay lit.

4. If the burner fails to stay lit or becomes

extinguished in 30 seconds, turn the control

knob to OFF , wait 5 minutes for gas to clear

and then repeat step 3.

5. To desired heating level rotate knob from LOW

to HIGH.

6. To turn off, turn the knob to PUSH first, then

push in and turn to OFF. Turn off the gas tank

valve before disconnecting the LP gas tank.

NOTE:

If the burner does not ignite within the first few attempts of match/Lighter lighting, there is a

problem with the gas supply. Turn off the gas at the burner and tank. DO NOT attempt to operate the

unit until the problem is found and corrected. Please call the customer service department at

1-866-994-6390 from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday for assistance.
