Pour 600ml of water into the stainless inner pot then
put the stainless steam plate in the stainless inner pot.
How to decoct Black Garlic
First, insert the germanium ceramic pot
into the germanium inner pot. Next,
put the germanium pot into the stainless inner pot.
Put the steamed Black Garlic in the germanium
ceramic pot and pour in 1800ml of water.
Close the germanium lid.
Turn the pressure regulator to the
high pressure position.
Select the Decocting Black Garlic mode
and press Start button.
Close the lid and double check that packing is
correctly fitted and the pressure regulator closed.

※ To decoct large quantity of black garlic, add 2700ml of water
into the stainless inner pot. Put 600ml of black garlic on the
plate and decoct it.
