The red light is on all the time
showing no reduction of the
concentration of solid pollutant.
The air outlet and lens of the
infrared dust sensor are dirty.
Use a cotton swab to clean the
air outlet and lens.
Air purification result is not
satisfied.
The machine is installed in the
place with no ventilation, or there
is an obstacle near the machine.
Ventilate the room and then use
the product. Use the product in
an area not exceeding its
coverage limit.
(Avoid placing the device where
it is well ventilated like a door
or window.)
Hasn’t the time for filter cleaning
and replacement passed?
Check the filter replacement
cycle and clean or replace the filter.
