IN SKIN VOICEMAIL ( Please note that your Pabx vendor will advise you on
which type of voice mail you have )
Dial slowly; wait for all confirmation tones to complete dialling.
To record your greeting.
1. Lift handset or press Mon/Speaker key
2. Press Trans/Pgm 61 and follow voice prompts
3. Press Hold/Save when finished
To Forward calls to the Voice Mail ( VMIB )
1.
Press the Mon/Speaker key
2. Press the Dnd/Fwd key
3. Dial one of the Forward types:
For Unconditional Forward dial…………….. 1#
For Forward on Busy dial………………...… 2#
For Forward on No Answer dial…………… 3#
For Forward on Busy/No Answer dial…….. 4#
To Remove the Call Forward to the Voice Mail ( VMIB )
1. Lift handset or press Mon/Speaker key
2. Press the Dnd/Fwd key and dial #
To retrieve your messages.
Press the flashing Call Back key
After listening to your message you then have the following options.
To delete the message dial
#1 or press the Conf key or press the Delete Softkey
To save/ skip the message dial
#2 or press the Hold/Save key or press the Next Softkey
To replay the message dial
#3 or press the Call Bk key or press the Repeat Softkey
Remote access to in skin voicemail
To access your voicemail remotely first you have to set up an authorisation code ( access code )in the
system

This code has to be 5 digits and can not be duplicated by other users
