These instructions describe how the display unit must be connected to the network as well as the menu
settings that need to be made before the CTC app can be used.
For descriptions of other menu settings, refer to the main product’s Installation and Maintenance Manual,
which can be downloaded from the CTC website (ctc.se).
These instructions applies to products with software versions from 2017-01-01: CTC GSi 8,12,16,
CTC GS 6-8, CTC EcoHeat 400 (S/N to 731020391468), CTC EcoZenith i250/ i350, CTC EcoVent i350F,
CTC EcoLogic Pro/Family, CTC EcoZenith i550 Pro and CTC EcoPart i425/i435 (S/N to 730120390473).
Network connection (Ethernet)
The back of the display unit has three communication ports.

Select “Yes” to connect to the main product from the

The network cable must be connected to the display’s
communication port

NB: The network cable must not be connected to the
display unit via the current CTC Internet box, which was
previously used for network connection.
Do not connect via CTC Internet.
The CTC BMS unit must not be used when
connecting the display unit to external control.
If BMS control is relevant, connect the BMS cable
directly from the external control to the display’s
communication port 1 (RS485).
NB: The CTC BMS unit previously used for BMS control
must not be connected to the new display unit.
NB: Since the BMS port is not galvanically isolated, the
CTC AXS accessory must be installed for BMS control.
