Pay attention that no water get into the machine during the cleaning 
process.  

-

 

After the first 150 hours of operating you have to replace the gear oil. 
Gearing oil changes bring about an essential increase of the tool’s 
lifetime.  

-

 

After approx. 200 hours of operating the carbon brushes have to be 
checked by a specialist and if necessary remove them. (Only use original-
carbon brushes.)  

-

 

Quarterly the switch, the cable and the plug have to be checked by a 
specialist. 

 

Drill Stand :  

 

-

 

Always keep the drill stand clean, especially the drill support with the gear 
and the 4 sliding pieces in the holder of the machine. In order to allow the 
free movement of the pinion shaft it should be slightly lubricated.  

-

 

The sliding pieces must move along the drill support without slackness in 
order to achieve a good performance.  

 

If the position should have changed, it can be readjusted as follows :

Using a 5 mm Hexagon wrench, loosen 
both Allen screws (1). 

ƒ

 

Adjust the two positioning screws (2) 
with a screwdriver 

 

ƒ

 

Tighten the screws (1) again and check 
whether the diamond drill stand moves 
smoothly

 

 

 

 

 
The A-rated acoustic pressure level of this machine is typically less than 70B 
(A).  
The level of acoustic pressure on work site could exceed 85 dB (A); in this 
case protection means must be used. 

 

 

 

Wear ear protectors! 

 
The hand / arm vibration is typically less than 2,5 m /s² .

  

 

The indication of noise emission is measured after EN 50 144 .
