EXPLANATION OF CONNECTIONS AND CONTROLS.
1: Expression pedal input: you can plug here an expression pedal from 10kohm to
20kohm.
2: Midi out: plug here your midi cable that goes to your midi sound module.
3: Plug here the USB cable that goes to your computer or to your power supply.
4: Footswitch for “down” selection.
5: Footswitch for “up” selection.
6: Footswitch for “function” selection.
7: Functions and values display.
HOW TO POWER YOUR INSTRUMENT ON.
Make all necessary MIDI or USB connections: Mojopedals can be supplied in 3 different
ways:
1) USB port connected to a computer with A/B USB cable: computer will provide
power to the instrument and allows USB/MIDI datas streaming. Mojopedals is USB
class compliant.
2) USB port connected to a 5v power supply/charger: modern and very common wall-
wart USB phones/smartphones chargers are perfect for supply mojopedals, simply
connect it and Mojopedals is ready! In this case you need to plug your devices
using the midi out port of the instrument only. Please note: wall-wart power supply
is not included.
3) Power-over-midi: if you are planning to connect mojopedals to a Crumar instrument
that support power-over-midi, the organ/keyboard/module can also supply
mojopedals without needing of an external power supply. Please note: you need a
special MIDI cable for this with 5 wires.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are supplying your instrument with USB, is not safe to use
a power-over-midi cable, you only need one power source!
