Menu Functions

SAM52 User's Manual v2.3

Daily Poll File

Choose

Daily Poll File

from the

Print

menu to print out the poll file of a given day.

The

Daily Poll

dialog box displays.

Complete the

Daily Poll

dialog box according to the table below:

Field Name

Required

Description/Instructions

Polling Date

Select the polling date from the drop-down list box.

Zero Skip

Select the Zero Skip check box if you wish totals with zero
values skipped.

Report Type

Select the report type from the drop-down list box. If no
report type is selected,

SAM52M

will display all reports for

the specified date and key lock mode.

Keylock Mode

Select the mode of the report.. If no key lock mode is
selected,

SAM52M

will display all reports for the specified

date and report type.

Grid Lines

Click the

Grid Lines

button to print/display the selected

report with or without grid lines

White/Gray

Click the

White/Gray

button to print/display the selected

report with or without shaded fields.

Click the

Load Table

button to view the selected report.

With the report in view, click the

Print Table

button to print the report.

Click

Exit

to return to the main menu.
