Oil change
Empty the oil as long as the engine is still warm in
order to guarantee a quick and complete drainage.
1. Remove the oil drain screw (no. 18) and the oil
cap (no. 15) and drain the oil. Retighten the
screw (no. 18) including a new seal.
2. Fill the engine oil with the recommended quality
(see fig. 5.1) and check the oil level
.
Oil fill capacity: 0.5 l
Caution:
Prolonged or repeated skin contact with used oil can
cause skin cancer. Although the risk is very low unless you
come in contact with used oil on a daily basis, you should wash
your hands with soap and water as soon as possible
after coming in contact with waste oil.
Note:
Dispose of the waste oil in an environmentally responsible way. We recom-
mend handing over the waste oil in a closed container to a local disposal company
for recycling. You can find this under, e.g. http://www.wer-entsorgt-
was.de/entsorger_suche.html Do not dispose of the waste oil in the trash or by pour-
ing it out.
