How to Assemble
Operating Instructions
CAUTION
: HANDLE THE BLADES WITH CARE, AS THEY ARE
EXTREMELY
SHARP.
1)
Before using the product for the first time, thoroughly wash the Cover, Bowl,
and Blade Assembly in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
2)
Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and place the
Base on a flat, level, stable surface.
3)
Place the column in the center of the Bowl over the Shaft in the Base,
aligning the tabs in the bottom edges of the Bowl with the indentations in
the edges of the Base.
4)
Turn the Bowl clockwise until the tabs on the Bowl slide under the tabs on
the Base, as shown in the figure above.
5)
While holding the Blade Assembly by the top, place it onto the column in
the Bowl and turn the Assembly until it rests about one half inch above the
bottom of the Bowl.
6)
Place the Lid onto the Bowl, ensuring that the peg in the Cover is inserted
into the top of the Blade Assembly and the small arrow on the top of the
Cover points away from the top of the Base.
7)
Turn the Lid until the inscribed dot meets the inscribed dot on top of the
Base by Pulse Button as shown.
NOTE
: The lid must be securely locked in before operating the Food
Chopper.
