OPERATION
Mounting a Sanding Belt
- Pull the clamping leveler (A) out and turn
it as far as it will go.
- Take a sanding belt of the required grain size
and place it on the rollers.
- Make sure that the sanding belt is straight and
centered on the rollers.
- Push the clamping lever back.
- Switch the machine on to let the sanding belt
run. With the machine switched on, turn the belt
centering knob (B) until the sanding belt keeps
running straight.
The sanding belt must be fit firmly
on the sanding pad and should not
come loose.
Using the Dust Extraction Outlet
In combination with the dust bag or an external dust
extractor, the dust extraction outlet keeps dust away
from the sanding surface.
Switching On and Off
- To switch on the machine, press the on/off switch.
- To switch off the machine, release the on/off switch.
- To switch the machine to continuous mode, keep
the on/off switch fully pressed and simultaneously
press the lock button. Then release the on/off
switch.
- Press and release on/off switch to disengage
continuous mode.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The machine does not require any special maintenance.
Regularly clean the ventilation slots.
Environment
Should your machine need replacement after extended
use, do not put it in the domestic waste but dispose of it
in an environmentally safe way.
