Safety notices
• Never allow children to wear this helmet whilst rock-climbing or
other activities where there is a strangulation hazard!
• The helmet must be firmly seated and the chin strap closed tightly.
• Do not shift the helmet toward the neck, as this will leave your
forehead unprotected.
• Do not wear headgear under the helmet.
• Be sure not to restrict air circulation.
• Never modify the helmet, its structure or the individual components.
• Never paint the helmet and/or apply decals or labels.
• The impacts of paint, decals, cleaning liquids or other solvents can
seriously impair the protection of the helmet.
• The helmet is intended to protect the head in the event of an
impact. This protection is no longer warranted after just one (even
minor) impact. The helmet must therefore immediately be replaced
following an accident, even without visible damage.
• Never use solvents or abrasive cleaners containing petroleum to
clean the helmet, neither inside nor outside. Always use a pH-
neutral detergent diluted in clear water; carefully rub with a soft
cloth. Then dry with a lint-free cloth. The padding may be cleaned
with a little soap, using a soft brush.
• Only use OEM replacement parts for your helmet.
