Install the TSW-UMB-70-PMK or
TSW-UMB-570P-PMK
The TSW-UMB-70-PMK supports preconstruction and postconstruction
mounting applications for the TSW-570, TSW-770, and TSW-1070. The
TSW-UMB-570P-PMK supports preconstruction and postconstruction
mounting applications for the TSW-570P.
The TSW-UMB-70-PMK and TSW-UMB-570P-PMK are functionally
similar. For simplicity within this section, the term "PMK" is used to refer
to both models unless noted.
CAUTION:
Allow an air gap of at least 12 in. (305 mm) in the wall cavity
above and below the PMK to ensure proper heat dissipation.
For preconstruction applications, use standard drywall nails or screws to
attach the PMK to a wall stud as shown in the following illustrations.

For postconstruction applications:
1. Use the PMK as a cutout template by turning it to face the mounting
surface.
2. Confirm the PMK is level, then use finishing nails to tack the PMK to
the surface through the four small holes around the cutout opening.
3. Trace an outline around the center cutout of the PMK.
4. Use the outline to cut an opening into the surface using an appropriate
drywall saw.
