The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If further
assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service representative.

Windows Media
Center cannot
connect to
control system. The IP ID in the SW-WMC configuration
tool does not match the IP ID in the
control system program, or the
SW-WMC configuration tool contains
the wrong IP address. Enter correct IP ID
and/or IP Address. Refer
to the latest version of
the Installation &
Configuration Guide,
Doc. 6500.
No items appear
in the browser
screens. The Windows Media Center does not
contain any music and/or videos. Add audio and/or video
content to the Windows
Media Center*.
*While the Windows Media Center is searching for data, content may not show up on browser screens.
