NOTE:

 If you have a licensed version of RoomView, you may also create 

custom messages. 

 

Simultaneous Database Access 

Multiple users can be viewing the same room database at the same time. 

While the database is open, it may be modified and updated by an 
Administrator. 

If the option to automatically

 

Check for database updates

 is enabled, and a 

change in the database is detected, the following dialog is displayed to all active 
RoomView sessions viewing that database. 

 

If you choose 

Yes

 to reload the database, then all current room connections are 

terminated while the database reloads.
