The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If
further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service
representative.
DTT-18 Troubleshooting

DTT-18 is not
receiving power. The
Power LED is off.
Verify cable connections and power to
unit.
DTT-18 does not
function.
DTT-18 is not
receiving power. The
Power LED is on.
Check contrast, brightness and
backlight controls. Refer to page 13, 14
and 16.
Verify the DVI/VGA switch is in the VGA
position.
Multiple images
displayed.
Video cable is
extended.
Use video cable without extensions.
White color appears off-
white.
Colors are not set up
correctly.
Return to factory settings or adjust
colors as necessary.
VGA display ripples or
shows a moiré pattern.
Pitch and/or phase
misadjusted.
