HOW TO USE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS:

1.

The main switch turns the entire unit on and off.

2. The second to top shelf (Shelf 1) will always be on with the power switch.

3.

Heated top “T” (if equipped, -HT model), and other shelves 2-4 (depending on the model) can have the

heat disabled by pressing the shelf switch to the off (0) position.

NOTE:

Depending on model ordered, your unit may not have shelf “T”, “2”, “3”, or “4”

4.

Adjust temperature knob to desired setting, LOW, MED, or HIGH.

NOTE:

Shelf surface temperature is tightly regulated but may vary depending on kitchen environment (ambient

temp, airflow, etc.).  As a rule of thumb, LOW is typically 140-160°F, MED is 160-180°F, and HIGH is

180-200°F.  Contact factory for custom temperature ranges.

NOTE:

Temperature controller regulates all shelves to the same temperature. Use shelf power switch to disable

or enable heat on that shelf.

TO TURN UNIT OFF:

1. Press power switch off; light will go off.

Loading unit:

It is recommended to not exceed 35 LBS per shelf, evenly distributed, for safe operation.
