USER MANUAL
1. Read the manual before using the product.
2. Always have the guarantee certificate approved in order to keep the product within
the guarantee coverage.
3. Keep the product in its original package before use.
4. Installation must be performed by a professional plumber.
5. Prime and drain the faucet before the assembly in order to clean wastes and dirt
from the installation.
6. Do not use pipe wrench, knurled metal wrench in chrome coated surfaces during the
assembly. Use plastic covered wrench.
7. Attach a slip trap and anti-limescale filter on the entrance of your water installation.
8. Use a filtered angle valve on the water inlet of the faucet.
9. Never use armatures in places under construction.
10. Use only warm and soapy water and a soft cloth to clean the surfaces of the
products.
11. Never use chemicals with acid content, hydrochloric acid, powder detergent,
dishwashing liquid, lime remover and similar agents, steel wool, kitchen sponge or
similar corrosives for cleaning.
12. Mains pressure must be 5 bar and hot water must be 60 °C under normal
conditions. Use expansion valve where the water pressure is high.

TERMS OF GUARANTEE:
1- Guarantee starts being valid from the delivery and remains 5 years for armatures and
2 years for thermostatic armatures.
2- Our company’s guarantee comprises all the components of the product.
3- In the event that the product fails within the guarantee period, the time expended
during the repair period shall be added to the guarantee period. Repair time of the product
cannot exceed 20 days. Such period starts from the date of the notification made to
the service station or if the service station does not exist, any of those from the seller,
distributor, agency, representative, importer or exporter of the product. The consumer may
send the notice via telephone, fax, and e-mail, registered and reply paid letter or a similar
way of communication. However, the consumer is the party with the burden of proof in
case of a conflict. In the event that the manufacturer-producer or importer of the product
fails to repair the breakdown in 10 days, they have to allocate a different product with
similar features for the use of the consumer till the date repair of the product is completed.
4- In the event that the product fails due to either material defect and faulty workmanship
or assembly, the repair shall be performed without charging any fee under no excuse such
as workmanship cost, cost of the part replaced and so forth.
5- Considering the consumer has exercised the guarantee right, if the product;
• Fails at least four times in one year provided that the guarantee period continues
or six times within the guarantee period stated by the manufacturer-producer or importer
of the product as from the delivery of the product to the consumer and if such fails
perpetuate the use of the product,
• If the maximum time limit for the repair is exceeded,
• If the service station or in the case it does not exist, any of those from the seller,
distributor, agency, representative, importer or exporter of the product respectively states
that the repair of the breakdown is not possible by drawing up a report, the consumer
has the right to claim free of charge replacement of the product or refund or a refund in
proportion to the defect.
6- Failures arise from the misuse of the product out of the conditions stated in the user
manual shall not be covered by the guarantee.
7- Please consult Ministry of Customs and Trade Consumer Protection and Market Surveil-
lance department for the disputes arising out of the Guarantee.
FAILURES NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE
1- Possible damages from handling.
2- Surface deformation resulted from the product’s long-term exposure to the conditions
of construction.
3- Failures from the faulty assembly made by unauthorized person.
4- Failures arisen from construction waste such as dust, gravel or slurry as a result of the
mounting of the product without cleaning the installation of new constructions.
5- Surface deformation resulted from the misuse of the product out of the provisions of
the User manual.
6- Surface deformation resulted from the cleaning made with cleaners containing acid,
abrasive powders or corrosive liquid.
7- Disassembly by unauthorized repair bodies.
8- Failure of the product features due to the parts used other than original spare parts.
9- Failures resulted from improper use of products with mains water or within the ambient
temperature out of the range between 5 °C and 60°C and the frost formation thereto.
10- Impairment on the covering of the product due to insufficient ventilation and the vapor
arising out of the cleaning of the place of use with cleaners containing acid, abrasive
powders or corrosive liquid.
11- Failures of the product arisen from chipping, slurry, gravel, dust, etc. from installation
or calcification.
12- Failures resulted from using the product out of the normal operating pressure stated
as 0.5 – 5 bar.
13- Possible damages from atmospheric phenomenon or outdoor use.
