i. Navigate to Control Panel > Sound > Recording tab.
ii. In Recording tab, ensure that the correct microphone is selected. For example, if you are using the
built-in microphone, the Internal Microphone Array should be selected. If you are using an exter-
nal microphone, the Microphone should be selected instead.
For Mac systems,
i. Go to System Preferences and click Sound .
ii. Click the Input tab and ensure that the correct microphone is selected as the input device.
