• Install the Play Floor (SC910-800Q).
• Install the Clubhouse Panels arranged as shown in the im-
ages in this guide. Instructions and hardware are attached
to the door panel (40460-402).
• Install the Direct Connect Adapter (63091-111) and the
Spiral Slide (8400-202) to the end opposite the swings.
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Using a ladder, install the Dormer (SM963-402) in the po-
sition shown. Ladder access may be obstructed by later
installations.
• Install the shutters and flower box from the Clubhouse
Window Pack (
63073-101
) in the position shown above.
• Install the Fireman's Pole to the front post nearest the spi-
ral slide as shown on the first page of this guide.
• Set the Access Ladder and Slide as shown on the first
page of this guide. Check spacing.
• Secure the access ladder using the method shown in step
17 of the Lexington instructions.
• Fasten the Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the
Access Ladder.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown
in steps 23 and 24 of the Lexington instructions.
• Install wall slats in the postions shown in images, using the
methods from the Lexington Instructions. Gaps must be
narrower than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to prevent potential
head entrapment.
• Mount the hand grips to the entrance wall slats.
• Mount the Slide Handle (AG943-400) above the slide.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
