Warrant Clause
1. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the vehicle and is 2 years.
2. All parts of the vehicle, including all parts, are under our company’s warranty.
3. In case of malfunction of the vehicle within the warranty period, the time spent
in the repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the vehicle is
maximum 20 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of
the vehicle’s related fault to the service station, and in the absence of a service
station, to one of the vehicle’s dealer, dealer, agency, representative, importer or
manufacturer. If the malfunction of the vehicle is not resolved within 15 working
days, the manufacturer or the importer; until the repair of the vehicle is comple-
ted, it has to allocate another good with similar characteristics to the use of the
consumer.
4. If the vehicle breaks down due to material and workmanship or assembly er-
rors during the warranty period, it will be repaired without any charge under any
other name, such as labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.
5. Despite the consumer’s right to repair, the goods;
- Within one year from the date of delivery to the consumer, provided that it
remains within the specified warranty period; In addition to the fact that the same
fault is repeated more than twice or different faults occur more than four, or the
sum of different faults is more than six within the specified warranty period; these
failures perpetuate the inability to benefit from the goods;
- Exceeding the maximum time required for its repair;
- In the event that the company’s service station is not available, the consumer
may request a free replacement of the vehicle, a refund or a discount at the rate
of defect, in cases where it is determined that the repair of the malfunction is not
possible with a report to be issued by the seller, dealer, agency representative,
importer or manufacturer, respectively, in case the service station is not available.
6. Defects arising from the use of the vehicle contrary to the points in the user
manual are not covered by the warranty.
7. For the problems that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, the Mi-
nistry of Customs and Trade may apply to the General Directorate of Protection
of Consumer and Competition.
USER ATTENTION!
- Devices sent to our authorized service for warranty must not have been tam-
pered with or opened by anyone. Products that are interfered with or opened/
dismantled by unauthorized persons are not covered by the warranty.
- The normal service life of the outer body is 10 years.
