NOTE: Make sure
metal plate of mattress
panel is at the bottom
during assembly

Carefully place

mattress support panel

onto corresponding pins of assembly and secure with 4

bolt caps

as shown.

Attach each cap with

large Allen wrench

. Do not fully tighten until further instructions.

Insert 1

small bolt

into exposed hole of each

end panel

as shown, using a

small Allen wrench

. At this point, fully tighten

all bolts. Assembly is now complete.
