The Front Panel

1.  INPUT: Use this jack to connect 

your guitar to the amplifier using a 
shielded instrument cable.

2. VOLUME:

 Use this to adjust the output 

level of Channel 1.

3. TREBLE:

 Use this to adjust the output 

level of the high frequencies of Channel 1. 
The adjustment range is 30 dB at 10 kHz.

4. MID:

 Use this to adjust the output level 

of the mid frequencies of Channel 1. The 
adjustment range is 6 dB at 600 Hz.

5. BASS:

 Use this to adjust the output level 

of the low frequencies of Channel 1. The 
adjustment range is 30 dB at 80 Hz.

6. CHANNEL 

SELECT:

 Depress this switch 

to activate Channel 2. Channel 1 is active 
when the switch is in the out position.

7. GAIN:

 Use this to adjust the gain for 

Channel 2. With the control turned coun-
ter-clockwise, the gain is low and very 
little distortion is present. As you rotate 
it clockwise, the gain increases, produc-
ing more overdrive distortion, and a 
higher output volume level.

8. TREBLE:

 Use this to adjust the output 

level of the high frequencies of Channel 2. 
The adjustment range is 10 dB at 4 kHz.

9. MID:

 Use this to adjust the output level 

of the mid frequencies of Channel 2. Th 
adjustment range is 10 dB at 1 kHz.

10. BASS:

 Use this to adjust the output level 

of the low frequencies for Channel 2. The 
adjustment range is 12 dB at 100 Hz.

11. LEVEL:

 Use this to adjust the output 

level of Channel 2.

12. REV 1:

 Use this to adjust the amount 

of reverb for Channel 1. Fully counter-
clockwise is “dry” (no reverb). Rotate 
clockwise to increase the amount of 
reverb.

13. REV 2:

 Use this to adjust the amount 

of reverb for Channel 2. Fully counter-
clockwise is “dry” (no reverb). Rotate 
clockwise to increase the amount of 
reverb.

14. PRESENCE:

 Use this to adjust the 

overall brightness and punch of the out-
put signal.

15. LAMP:

 This illuminates when the ampli-

fier is turned on.

16. ON/STANDBY SWITCH:

 Use this 

switch to activate the amplifier after the 
On/Off switch (17) is turned on.

 

Always turn this switch OFF first, and 
ON last! Turn the On/Off switch (17) on 
at least 30 seconds before turning on 
the standby switch.

 

During short breaks, you should turn 
this switch off, and leave the On/Off 
switch on. This will help prolong the life 
of the amplifier tubes.

17. ON/OFF SWITCH:

 Use this switch to 

turn the amplifier on and off.

 

Always turn this switch ON first and OFF 
last! Turn the Standby switch (16) on at 
least 30 seconds after turning on the 
On/Off switch.
