10. Light Kit Assembly.
Remove 3 screws from light kit fitter.
Connect the
WHITE
wire from the light kit fitter to
the
WHITE
wire from motor housing. Connect the
BLACK
wire from the light kit fitter to the
BLUE
(or
BLACK
)
wire from the motor housing. Be sure the
molex connections snap together securely.
Align red dot on light kit fitter with red dot inside
switch housing. Align holes in light kit fitter with
holes in switch housing. Attach light kit fitter with 3
screws that were previously removed. Secure all 3
screws with Phillips screwdriver.
Install 1 medium base 13 watt max. compact
fluorescent bulb (included).
Important
: When replacing bulb, please allow bulb
and shade to cool down before touching them.
Remove 4 larger screws from the tabs in the shade.
Align holes in light kit fitter with holes in the shade.
Attach shade with 4 screws that were just removed.
Important
:
DO NOT remove the wing nuts in shade.
