This Cordless Trimmer has the following features:

13-inch Cutting Path

2 in 1: Trimmer and In-Line Edger with Two Wheels 

The cutting face can be 

      changed from horizontal to vertical. (i.e. For cutting edges). Pull Handle rotation 

      locking mechanism and turn the top of the shaft 180

º

 counter-clockwise. 

      (The head will only move in one direction) The motor head will swivel through 

      180

º

-Release the collar and the shaft will lock-confirm secure before use!

24 Volt Cordless / 7800 RPM (no-load speed)

 for efficient trimming and edging.

   4. 

24.0 Volt, 2.0Ah Lithium Battery Pack (No. CGT244LU-44) 71-28131

      recharges in 3 hours under normal use. 

   5. 

Charger (No. CGT244LU-23) has 1 LED light. 

Connect the battery charger to 

       the power supply and the green light will illuminate. Slide the battery pack into the 

       charger base to make the connections and the red light will illuminate to show 

       charging has started. The red light will switch to green, which means the battery is 

       full, and charging is completed. Then press the battery pack release button and 

       remove your battery pack. Your battery pack is now ready for use.

      comfort with reduced operator fatigue.

Four finger Trigger Switch with Safety “On” Button

. Safety On button must 

      be depressed to operate trigger switch.

5-Position Trimmer Head

 easily adjusts to the desired working angle for 

      optimum operator control in all trimming and edging applications. From trimming 

      around hard-to-reach flower beds and shrubs, to deck supports, fences and 

      stairways, to edging sidewalks, driveways and landscaping.

Edge Guide Wheels

 provides a cutting guide for protecting flowers, plants, 

      screens and fences from being cut by trimmer line.

Adjustable Telescopic Shaft

 allows adjustments from 17 to 28 inches from 

      your ideal working height. Comfortably fits users that are 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 feet.

Lightweight and Ergonomically Designed

 for easy use, handling comfort and 

      efficient trimming and edging.

Automatic Line Feed

 when line becomes worn, the hub will automatically feed 

      and trim a new length of line.

Quick Release Auxiliary Handle

 for easy adjustment of auxiliary handle.

Spoon Holder

 on the auxiliary handle for convenient installment of 1pc spare spool.

      When the line is running out during trimming, you can replace the spool immediately.

Your trimmer uses:

 0.065 inch diameter twisted line. Use Craftsman 71-85937 

      automatic feed replacement spool and line.  It’s factory wound for maximum 

      reliability.
