Your car seat is fitted with a movable headrest which also adjusts the height of 

the harness.
The child’s head should sit directly in the middle of the headrest and the sides 

of the headrest should sit just above the child’s shoulders. The shoulder straps 

should be level with or above your child’s shoulders (11). 
To adjust the height of the headrest firstly open the harness buckle by pressing 

the red button in the centre of the buckle (12). Locate the harness adjustment 

loop (J) which is located at the top of the headrest. Pull the loop upwards and 

move the headrest up or down to the appropriate height and release (13). 
Try to move the headrest to check it is locked in position. 

Harness Tension and Adjustment

Loosen the Harness: Press on the Harness Adjustment Button (K) 

positioned near the front of the car seat, and pull on the two shoulder straps 

simultaneously (14).
Tighten the Harness: Pull firmly on the Harness Adjustment Strap (M) at the 

front of the car seat; it is not necessary to press on the Adjustment Button (15).

Installing your Child in the Car Seat

Firstly open the buckle by pressing the red button in the centre of the buckle 

(12). Then sit your child in the car seat, passing their arms through the shoulder 

straps. 

Bring the harness connectors together and insert into the buckle until you hear 

a “click” (16).
Tighten the harness by pulling on the harness adjustment strap (15), once tight 

make sure that there is no more than a fingers width between the harness and 

your child.
The child’s head should sit directly in the middle of the headrest and the sides 

of the headrest should sit just above the child’s shoulders. The shoulder straps 

should be level with or above your child’s shoulders (11), if this is not the case
