TROUBLESHOOTING
Users might improperly operate the product due to their unfamiliarity with how to
use the product. Check the following items to resolve such issues. If issues cannot be
resolved using these procedures please contact the service center.
Problem Check Possible Solutions
No air comes out
of the air outlets.
• Is the power cord
connected?
Check whether the power cord is
plugged into a 100 V - 240 V~ 50/60
Hz wall outlet.
• Has the power
gone out?
Turn on the product again, then use.
The flow (fan)
speed is too slow.
• Have you clean
the filter?
• Have you
replaced the filter
in right time?
Check the filter cleaning and
replacement cycles and then clean or
replace the filter(s) if necessary.
Bad odor comes
out of the air
outlet.
