RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT AND ITS RELATED ITEMS IN 
LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR 
IMPLIED. COVERT AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY 
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY SIMILAR
