STEP 1:
Place the left arm (#2) onto a non-abrasive surface, such as a carpet. At the
front of the chair, fasten the cross brace on the seat assembly (#1) to the arms
(#2 and #3) by using bolts (#6) and washers (#9). Keep the bolts loose.
See Figure 2.
STEP 3:
Turn the chair upside down and place the seat post (#4) to the brace of the
seat assembly (#1). Fasten them together by using bolts (#8), washers (#10),
spring washers (#12), and jam nuts (#13). See Figure 4.
NOTE:
For ease with installation, we recommend that the seat post (#4) be slightly oiled
or waxed before fastening to the base assembly (#5).
STEP 4:
Insert the seat post (#4) into the hole located in the center of the base assembly
(#5). Fasten them together by using bolt (#7) and washer (#11). See Figure 5.
STEP 2:
Fasten both the left arm (#2) and the right arm (#3) to the back assembly (#1)
by using bolts (#7) and washers (#9).

STEP 5:
Tighten the bolts on the seat assembly (#1). Double check to ensure that all of
the bolts have been tightened completely and then cover them with bolt caps
(#14, #15, and #16). See Figure 6.
CAUTION:
To ensure one’s safety during use of this swivel chair, make sure that all of the
bolts are tightened. This is a chair with the ability to swivel; therefore use by
young children should be adult supervised.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Wash frame and fabric parts with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and
dry frame completely. Do not use bleach, acid, or other solvents on the frame
or fabric parts.
• We recommend the use of furniture covers when not in use.
• Please inspect and tighten all bolts or fasteners on a regular basis to ensure
proper performance and safety of your swivel chair.
• In order to prolong the life and beauty of your swivel chair, we recommend that
it be stored in a dry and protected area during off season periods.
