Step 2:
Insert the long side beams (#4) through the sleeve of
magazine bag (#10), then insert the long side beam
(#4) and the short side beam (#5) into the both of the
side supports (#3). See Figure 2.
Note:
Make sure that the suspension chains (#17) are properly
connected without any twists or tangles.
Step 3:
Attach the chain connectors (#15) and suspension hooks
(#16) with suspension chains (#17), then insert the sling
brace (#6) through one side of skin (#11) sleeve and
chain connector assembly.
Attach the other chain connector (15) and suspension
hooks (#16) only, then insert the sling brace through
the other side of the skin (#11) sleeve and chain
connectors. Cover sling braces with sling brace caps
(#14). See Figure 3.
Step 4:
Hook the entire fabric sling-assembly into the holes of
the side beams (#4 and #5) with the suspension hooks
(#16). Make sure all hooks pass completely through the
side beams until you see the hook end at the bottom
hole of the side beam for a solid assembly. Tie the pillow
(#12) to the chain connectors (#15) at the higher end of
the hammock. See Figure 4.
Step 5:
Insert the canopy cross brace A (#7) and U-shaped
canopy brace B (#8) into the sleeves of the canopy
(#13). See Figure 5.
Note:
Before each use, inspect the hammock to ensure that
all parts are in good order and are properly assembled.
Carefully examine the frame to ensure that all of the parts
(including welds) are sound (free of excessive rust or
cracks).
