ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Identify all parts packed in the carton against the parts list. Remove all protective materials.
Place parts on a nonabrasive surface. If you have any questions, please call our Customer

Step 1:
Place the chair frame face down on a flat, soft surface. Align the T-rock on the chair frame. (Warning: the direction
of the arrow on the T-rock must be the same as the direction of the arrow on the chair frame.)

Step 2:
Attach T-rock to chair frame in the order of bolt, metal washer, rectangular steel plate, chair frame, T-rock,
rectangular steel plate, lock washer and nut. Tighten all bolts and nuts by using the Hex wrench.

Step 3:
Cover all bolts and nuts with plastic caps.
Step 4:
Insert the chair frame into the chair base by using a twisting motion as you insert.

Your chair is now ready for use.
